Signature Required
Important: In order to provide the most efficient service, once your order has been processed and sent for fulfillment, we will not be able to make any changes. IF you would like to make changes, you must place a new order that will be processed and sent separately from your original order.
If your order is $500 or less, there will be no signature requirement. The risk will be assumed by the customer. If you would like a signature requirement, please let us know in the “notes section.”
If your order is above $500, there will be a signature requirement. If you would like to waive this service, please contact us to sign a waiver prior to the package being sent.
Important: Please note that the guaranteed service of Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air are suspended by the courier until further notice. When choosing that service, your package could very well arrive on those terms, however, there is no guarantee.
Delivery Notice: If your order is placed after 2:00pm eastern time, the order will not be processed until the next business day. If the product is time sensitive, please note the date you have to have it by in the “comments” area. If we do not have the item available or cannot meet the due date, we will notify you via email. Multiple due dates are not allowed.

U.S. Customers – If a package is returned by the courier due to not obtaining a signature, incorrect gate code (gated communities), incorrect address input by the customer or refusal of package the customer will be refunded for their order less the costs of shipping to the facility and penalties for the return charged by the courier. Once the package leaves our facility, UPS or USPS dictates how the package is handled.
Canadian Customers – Kilgore International is a U.S. based company and we charge our prices in US Dollars. Once the package arrives to the border, UPS will call to collect the broker fee (for UPS to broker the package to your home or facility) and taxes that will be charged by the country of Canada. If a package is refused at the border or an incorrect address was input by the customer and the package is returned to our facility, the customer will be refunded for their order less the costs of shipping to their destination as well as an additional $50 restocking fee. It is the responsibility of Canadian residents to know about the import process before ordering outside the country.
