Southwestern College Student’s Only – The following is an Optional Student Kit purchase:
(1) Porta-Sim Stand – This portable stand features durability and versatility and allows full 360-degree access around the typodont. This access allows faculty to easily demonstrate correct posture and techniques to students when dental chairs and table mounts are not available. With a simple turn of the handle the height of the PortaSim can be adjusted to accommodate most students. This portable stand is fully collapsible and an excellent tool for students wanting to practice at home.
(1) DP Lock – The locking mechanism is to be attached onto one of our pole mounts. The lock is used to keep the lower jaw on a typodont open while on a pole mount.
