200 Series Handpiece Practice Teeth

Designed to provide students with an ideal introduction to handpiece skills in a realistic clinical setting, our 200 Series teeth offer a practical way to develop essential preparation techniques and handpiece control.

The teeth easily screw into Kilgore International 200 Series typodonts and can be placed in a simulation manikin and mounted to a dental unit headrest. This allows students to practice in a realistic patient-operator position, incorporating proper ergonomics and intraoral hand positioning.

With simplified tooth morphology and cavity preparations, students can focus on mastering handpiece control and fundamental preparation principles, including convergence and divergence, without becoming overwhelmed by complex anatomy.

Unlike traditional preparation blocks or Learn-a-Prep systems, the 200 Series teeth provide a more clinically relevant training experience by incorporating patient positioning and intraoral hand rests. Once students have developed these foundational skills, they can confidently progress to full-contour teeth and more advanced pre-clinical procedures.
