Please keep the preps to the basic descriptions such as: Class I, MO, DO, MOD, Class IV, Class V, etc. We will not be able to fulfill specific margins. If we do not have a certain prep in the tooth number requested, we will let you know before the order is processed.
If you happen to have the actual item code you can type it into the box. If you are practicing for a certain exam, you can make that indication as well. Teeth are usually sent without screws. If you need teeth screws please order them separately.
